Default Schedule 1 Fill Error (to Mr Miller and experts please)

Hello Mr Miller and exprts.

I have made one small error ie.,

in schedule 1 under section 11 personal history

a date should be 1996 .. but mis splelt as 1997.

But dates are continuous

Also,

we have written "Not Applicable" for
writing in native script. we did not quite understand

They had asked us to rerend the Schedule 1 on Feb 2004
we had sent May 2004 before the deadline.

Heard nothing after that.
Shall I assume it is alright ?

Do I need to resend Schedule 1 ???

Were the mistakes made in the resend forms or the previous one?

When writing the name in native script follow the same order as you wrote your name in the other sections.

Yes surname followed by firstname. When you write your surname first, it's customary to add a comma in between; something like " Lastname, Firstname"

In the additional family information sheet
also, Do I need to provide full name in native script
for other relatives such as father, mother, brother

There in English we have given fullname as FirstName LAstName

Immediately below I could provide the same
FirstName LastName in native script.

PLEASE COMMNET.

After that I have not heard a word.

When writing name in native language then it should be written in the order it is normally used in your native country.

In some countries and/or cultures it is customary to write given name first (this is why we call it in English first) and then family name (surname), while in other countries and/or cultures it is standard to write last (family) name first, followed by given name and without any comma.

You should use the order which is customary/standard in your native country.

In some countries people don't use last name at all, just initials. So I assume following the standard pattern should be fine.
