I am moving in Sept to Toronto. My same sex partner and I will be getting
married. We have done lots and lots of research on this. My concern is if we
are setting ourselves up for lots of problems since we are doing this after we
marry and Im already living there. It has been a long 3 and 1/2 years of a
long distance relationship. Any advice??????????????????

What kind of advice are you looking for? Same sex marriage is not recognized
by immigration law yet, so your only option is a conjugal partner as you
don't have at least 12 months of cohabitation to be common-law partners.
Conjugal partners cannot be sponsored from within Canada.
