Returned landing papers - lost in post

Hi all,

In November I returned two sets of landing papers to the Canadian High Commission in
London asking for a refund of the ROLF. I should have received a confirmation receipt
from United States Postal Service but I still haven't received anything and am
worried the package got lost. Can I still get my money back if the documents are
lost? How do I prove to the CHC that I have not used them? Do they keep records of
all the visas issued? And, if the package isn't lost, how long should it take for the
CHC to issue a refund?

Thanks in advance for any response.

It often takes months for the refund to be issued. I would not worry unless you don't
hear by April or so. Jim Humphries
