Default Result of Medical Surveillance after Landing

Dear all,
They required "Report for Medical Surveillance" in my Landing paper,
and after landing, I reported the form IMM 0535 to Public Health
Authority by FAX (they accepted it) and they advised me to go to a
family doctor.

I already got the result from a Family Doctor that I have no Inactive
TB (after examination), please advise me, what do I have to do with
that result ?

I am now outside of Canada, I would like to ask if I will face any
trouble when come back ? (I always have that medical result with me)

Thank you in advance.

S.
