Request to upload.. but no option to upload!
 

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been covered in numerous other threads.

I am going through the spousal sponsorship process as the primary applicant, and I am now at the stage where CIC have requested that I upload my schedule A and police certificate.

Now, even after 5 days, there is still no option to upload (I've tried multiple browsers etc.). I've even submitted a technical request.

Is there a specific key to success here? I've also tried ringing CIC (calling from Canada) and I have had zero luck trying to get through.
