One of my Canadian friend wants to help me to request CAIP file. He is a Canadian citizen. The problem is that he never went to other countries and he has no passport. I want to know if he can use other certificate instead of passport to help me?
This the second time I request CAIP. Last time is in last Jan. Does Anybody know if it is not good to request CAIP often?
Thanks.

Maybe his citizenship paper or birth certificate can help you.

If your case is being processed according to the timelines issued by the
visa post, accessing case notes will be wasting resources. (yes, yours too)
