I want the information to do job in cannada. What r the offers & rule &
regulations to process my certificates to get job in cannada. I am b.com
graduate done computers from aptech hdse(higher diploma in software engineering)

To be employed in Canada, you would either need to be a permanent resident of
Canada or should have employment authorisation, from legal stand point.

Apart from technical skills, employers look for great deal of communication
skills, as they would do in India.
