Default repost about clearances

I am making an Inland Application.
I am ready to send off my State and FBI clearances.
According to what I have learned Tennessee does not give police clearances
at all.
Still I have to write in for one and then send their rejection letter on to
the appropriate authorities with my application.

Can anyone tell me what the proper address would be to send my request to
Tennessee?
I can't find any such list on the government site.

Thanks,

Tennessee

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation
901 R.S. Gass Blvd.
Nashville, TN 37216-2639

Police certificates are NOT available under state law; however, you
must still make a request and enclose the letter of non-release of
info with your immigration application.

You might try searching the net for a non-release letter from
Tennessee. Arizona is the same way, but they had a nonrelease letter
that was downloadable. I enclosed the downloaded letter with my PR
application and they accepted that.
