Default Replacing a visa with a new passport

I've been in Toronto since last May on a working holiday visa (also called International Experience Canada). I've recently replaced my passport cause it was damaged so I currently have my old and new one in my possession, but the visa has my old passport number on it so it's linked to one passport, obviously.

Does anyone how I'm supposed to link my new passport to my visa?

I'm travelling to the UK next month and when I land back in Canada, although I will get a new eTA, I'm wondering if there will be any problems?
