Default Renewing grandparent super visa.

My wife and I have been living in Alberta Canada nearly two years now, and the time is coming up to renew our grandparent super visas.
Does anyone know if it's possible to do this on line yet, or must we still cross the USA border and come back in?.
If we do have to go out and come back, does anyone know the best border crossing?.

As far as I know you can apply online to extend the stay on the super visa.
Apply – Extend your stay

providing they still meet the super visa requirements.
Determine your eligibility – Visit your children or grandchildren

I don't believe they would need another medical exam but would need to renew any health insurance policy.

You can do it online. We did ours at the border crossing. We were asked why we didn't renew online...said we were crossing the border so thought it would be easer. The officer we saw had no idea what the SV was...had to go and read up about it while we waited.
