Hi there Ex Pats community
It is beneficial if you or your spouse has relatives in Cananda for the purpose of emmigration
Does anyone have a list of required documentation that my wifes Aunt and Uncle, who have been Canandian Citizens for about 50 years can use to verify that they are in fact citizens.
The Checklist that you use to check your application only states pay slips, tax documents and credit card reciepts. I am a bit concerned as my wifes aunt and uncle are both retired so do not work anymore. Is there other suitable alternative documents that we can submit with our application.
Does anyone have a more detailed list that I can refer to

Your help advice would be greatly appreciated

I thought that you already are a PR as per your post about PR Card
application. BTW - that post has been answered when you posted it first
time.

I assume that your current question is about somebody else who would want to
get points for having relatives in Canada. If this is the case then 3 things
must be documented beyond any doubt:

1. Using set of birth certificates it must be proven that relative in Canada
is the acceptable blood relative of applicant in question;

2. Canadian relative must provide proof that s/he is either Canadian citizen
(passport or citizenship card) or Permanent Resident (PR Card); and

3. Canadian relative must prove that s/he really lives in Canada - thus
evidence of employment, utility bills, credit cards receipts, etc. must be
presented to prove it. Retired people won't have proof of employment but if
they live anywhere in Canada they pay their utility bills, file tax returns,
use bank cards and credit cards, etc. and such evidence must be presented.
