I want to have some advice on Canadian Immigration laws regarding which =
some detail is being given below:-

Vijay Kumar lives in Calgary and has a sister kamla living in New Delhi =
India. Kamla has a son RajKumar who is undergoing an training. Vijay =
brother Rajeev who also lives in Calgary is going to sponsor RajKumar on =
the basis of training. Vijay is insisting his sister Kamla to marry her =
sonRajKumar. If RajKumar gets married before filing an application then =
what problems he will face in immigration. Is it possible that he may be =
refused. If the girl RajKumar marries is in India then what legal =
hurdles he will face. I will appreciate if I get a proper answer =
regarding this thing.=20

Are you saying that Kamla must marry RajKumar, or that Kamla must
*arrange* a marriage for RajKumar?

There are no problems marrying before the application is filed, and none
if after as long as he notifies CIC of his change of marital status.
The marriage *may* be looked at as a marriage of convenience if it
appears that it is being done to get the girl into the US. If the
marriage is between Kamla and RajKumar, then that will be looked at very
seriously.

SB: This sounds more like a plot for a new Indian movie or TV mini series.
