Just wondering if anyone has been processed recently or has moved through processing in any way?

We are still waiting for meds nearly 8 weeks after sending it in, and I know the processing time had gone down to 4 weeks turn around for meds.

According to the CIC website, processing began on the 17th of April, so does anyone know if they post up when they send med requests or not? I know because of the OH being military it may take a little longer for the checks, and am hoping that we would have heard by now if there was something we hadn't done right with the app or if they needed something else from so..........I could do with know your experiences!

Any thoughts chaps?

Hi Mrs M

We sent our application for PR off just as Darren set off to come out here which was the beginning of July. We then sent off a letter from his employer and a couple of pay slips at the beginning of August. We heard nothing, no AOR or anything, until the end of August when we got the letter asking us to go for medicals - so probably about seven or eight weeks from sending off the application.

We had the medicals in September and we must have got asked for passports in October because they came back at the beginning of November and we went down to Carway on 24th November.

Hope this helps and hope yours comes through very quickly!
