Default Receive passport request after medical expiration date

To whom it may concern(Mr Miller, etc...)

I received passport request in 12/01/03, however I did medical in
08/08/02(it should be expired by now). I was asked to submit my
passport for visa stamp within 30 days. Should I send my passport now?
or wait? I didn't want to land in such a hurry...how much time they
will give it to me for landing concerning(my expired medical).

For your guys interested in my time line, here it is:
1.application date 08/01
2.first letter 10/01
3.interview waiver 07/02
4. Medicals 08/02
5. FBI print and additional docs 10/02
6. Stuck in background check until now...

My plan was completely interrupted due to the lengthy background
check, now I hope I could land in the summer instead of early next
year!

Thanks in advance!

Why wait with landing if you are in US? Based on your email address you are
rather close to Canadian border. What is the problem?

You can land and return to US the same day - and then in the summer (or when
ready) you may simply move to Canada.

Just send the passport and get ready for landing.
