Can't believe it but CHC just phoned really nice man infact a very very nice man.

Apologised asked us to fax copy of Police Certs that we sent in Jan 07 which Hubby is doing as we speak. He's going to e-mail us back when he receives them and issue passport requests.

Don't think I will believe it until they get here but we should have them by Monday.

Suzyanne I totally feel for you!!! They did the same thing for us - asked us to submit photos so they could advise on medical but we already had the medical and submitted them photos!!!!!!!

They haven't responded to my emails to confirm that they received the medical so you're ahead of me on that front!!!!

I'm glad you heard from the CHC at least the person processing yours isn't completley incompetant!
