the corresponding bands in the Reading Section.

I remember reading from one of the ielts books found in the British Council that you need at least 35 correct answers (out of 40) for band 7. This applies for General Training.

Why are you not checking CIC website for answer? Such basic info is all there - if you have difficulties navigating CIC website then here it is:

Sorry, I do not think the specific answer could be found in the cic website or even ielts home page.

if we lose 2 bands in 5 incorrect. then we get down to nowhere at 25 correct.
By the way ielts book can never disclose the correct points to band score
and it is not offccially disclosed by Bcouncil/IDP.

I had 9 for listening. According to BC officer, that 9 band means i only had one mistake or no mistakes at all.

Look hard in one of the official books for ielts, you will find it.
And I do remember there is a wide range for band 6/6.5 (between 26 to 33/34 correct answers).
It is quite easy to score band 6/6.5, but not so for band 7 and above. You need to be familiar with the formats, do your practice runs, focus yourself, have time management and a bit of luck (ie hopefully you do not get the tough papers).
