Default RCMP timelines - Please share the recent experiences

From few of the recent postings, it looks like RCMP timelines have gotten
better or those could be just the lucky ones.
Can you please share if you have heard from RCMP in last 3 week.

I applied in Jan 8th 2004. No new update, last week was told about 150 days

I happen to sit on the other side of the divider of a gal who works in this
area. She answers many calls daily from people enquiring about the timeline.
Several times a day I hear her telling people that it takes about 150 days.

I know that 15,000 prints arrive each month for processing and believe that
unless someone has a legitimate urgency and a letter of explanation, it will
take time.

Sent fingerprints to Ottawa Dec. 1, 2003.
RCMP sent to Buffalo on March 01, 2004.
So exactly 3 months.

we sent 2 sets of prints off, one for me (uk citizen) and one for my partner (canadian citizen) hers were back in less than a month, mine took 6 weeks.
it actually took longer for me to get my UK record.
