RCMP and Medical Time?

RCMP and Medical Time?
Now I have two questions regard the final stage.
I've sent fingerprint to Ottawa for RCMP check, in current situation, generally how long it will take to process? Since I'm in States, so I don't use RCMP fingerprint form, I did add cover letter and wrote down my file# on that form, where do they send the result back, my address or Buffalo directly?
My Mediacal result was sent by end of June, so how long Buffalo will get the result and show that on Eclient.
