Default Which is quicker?

Does anyone know whether it's quicker to post your passports to CHC or to take them in person, after PPR?
Thanks,
Tracey

Hi Tracey - we sent ours via "Royal Mail Signed For" to CHC London on Friday 3 February 2006 and got them back Saturday 11 February 2006. Pretty quick considering!! CHC also sent them back "Signed For". Saved us a trek to London.

We sent ours special delivery on the 1st of April (with an enclosed, self-addressed special delivery envelope of the right size as stated on the PPR). We had a note yesterday (13th of April) saying it needed to be collected from the sorting office. Of course we got home too late to pick it up, the office is closed today... but we will be getting up early tomorrow so the celebrations can begin.

So, for us it was quicker (and cheaper) to send them by post.
