Default Quick question on FSW/AEO and visa office - post changes..

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can answer this for me...

I'm currently undertaking FSW1 pre changes, and awaiting medicals. However, this question is more for my sister...

She has been in Canada now for 15 months, first on Bunac, then successful LMO till next October. Her job title now is on the new list of FSW Noc's, so she is thinking of applying for AEO (her employer is really supportive).

She is a British Citizen, and the question is, should she apply for to London Visa office, or Buffalo whilst working in Canada under her LMO? Would it matter? Is one quicker than the other, or have restrictions based on citizenship of applicant?

Appreciate your time in reading this.

Regards,

MS.

No stats have been published for post 26/06/10 applications, but London is faster than Buffalo at this time for post 11/08 applications see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...fed.asp#europe
