Quick question - background declaration
Hi everyone
Just a quickie. On the IMM 0008, Schedule 1 Background Declaration it asks for addressses for the last 10 years but on the actual form it asks for addresses since your 18th birthday. As I am sure there are people older than 28 applying...which is correct?
Thanks!

Re: Quick question - background declaration
Hi
I think you should provide the details since your 18th birthday. As you said the background declaration for the last 10 years does not hold good for all the applicants.

Re: Quick question - background declaration
Read both sections (Personal Information and Addresses) again - in both sections it is clearly stated - **for past 10 years or since age 18, whichever is longer**
So, the keyword is **whichever is longer**
