I am just enquiring as to whether all Pre-2002 applicants are been assessed now or only those who had filed or part of law suite are being considered.
What if they change the rules again. will we be assessed based on the current selection criteria?
if they only increase the passmark then it is understandable, but if they decide to change the whole set of selection criteria, then what happens to those who applied through the current criteria.

If you didn't formally opt-out of class action lawduit then you are automatically part of it.
