I got notification of Interest 2 months ago
I have few questions

1- I did not apply for OINP yet, can I still apply after 2 months?
2- Do I have to pay the $1500 when I apply no matter I got accepted or not?
3- I dont have any relatives or friends in Ontario, and never visited it. but I want to live there, what can I tell them in this category?

1. Depends, you only had 45 days from the NOI to apply, when you say '2 months' how many days exactly?
2. Yes, it's a processing fee so applies regardless of the end result.
3. Exactly that. You can't make up ties that don't exist, so just put the truth.
