Schedule A - Family member old charge
Hi all,
I was just going over schedule A for our common law PR application and it asks in question 4)b if myself or any of my family members have been convicted of any crime or offence in any country. My dad has a 40 year old charge from when he was 17 years old in the UK. Obviously this is no longer on his record and nobody else has any other form of charge whatsoever. Should I be selecting yes for this box or just select no?
Thanks

Hi
1. Select No, your father is NOT a family member included in the application, he is a relative.
