Question regarding our LMO..
Basic background, came out on LMO last December, company I work for only put 1 year on LMO application so only got 1 year TWP which runs out in December this year. Company re-applied for an LMO, came back 2 weeks ago as refused due to inproper advertising (didn't put wage on advert). That's now been done and this week they can re-apply for the LMO but obviously the time is going to be very tight.
I noticed last night that the LMO I am currently out here on has an expiry date of November this year. Now I'm pretty certain that the LMO is a 1 shot deal, once you land on it and get your TWP it's no good any more, but clutching at straws time, is it possible to get a new TWP based on the LMO I'm currently using for my TWP?

Nope, you need a new LMO.
