Default Question re mailing the application

Hi there,

It specifies in the instruction guide that the mailing envelope has to be 9" by 12" - is the CIO very strict on this? I don't think all our documents will fit in an envelope that size?? We intend to send it by Fedex anyway so surely the FedEx pack will be bigger anyway.

Thanks for your help,

Jane

Yep, we used an expanding cardboard envelope - got a whole A4 file in it!

I wouldn't worry too much about that - as you say, by sending it via courier, it will be bigger than that anyway! I think they are trying to avoid people sending in box files filled with stuff!

Hi!
When I sent my application package it wouldn't fit in the size mentioned so I took a bigger envelope and guess what? I have just got my PER. Get a bigger and stronger envelope no worries.
