Default A question for Mr. Miller, please

I am an August 2001 applicant and asked to interview at first. Under the new rule, I got a letter from the satellite office in U.S. in early August this year, indicating that the interview is waived and my case is completely suspend on Medical exam. Since I have done my medical last December, I send the the office my pertinent information about my medical exam. In Later September I phone 1-800-242-2100, and was told that my medical has been received.
However, by far, there is now news from the satellite office in U.S. requesting passport, and my e-client service still only display one line " we start to process your application since Oct. 2001". Because my medical exam will expire in December this year, I am now extremely worried,

Could you please tell me how long generally the satellite office in U.S. send the passport request letter when all materials and information is clear?

and what can I do under this situation.

There is nothing "general" when it comes to processing times. Each case is
unique and a lot at this stage depends from the time needed to complete
admissibility checks, mainly background/security check that has been
initialized after interview waiver. This check alone may take anywhere from
few months to well over a year to conclude.
