Huy Guys,
Can someone tell me is IELTS mandatory for Federal immigration. My friend has filed his immigration from Paris Aug 2004? Hope that is there is someone who can reply!!!

Conclusive evidence of having claimed proficiency in English and/or French is mandatory with application. And for those who are not native Englosh speakers the only conclusive and fully objective evidence is IELTS or CELPIP test result.
