Hi, everyone.

My fiancee got a email from Canadian Consulate in Beijing asking for "completed
family composition". There is no detail instruction on which part of form is
incompleted. We checked the photo-copy of the Addition Family Information
(IMM5406) we submitted to Consulate, and could not find out what we missed.

The following is the summary of her family compostion form(IMM5406)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Under Section A: Line 1 - Applicant: Her Info Line 2 - Spouse: NOT APPLICABLE (She
never married) Line 3 - Mother: Her Mother's info Line 4 - Father: Her Father's Info

Under Section B (Children) Line 1 - NOT APPLICABLE

Under Section C Brothers/Sisters Line 1 - Her Sister's Info Line 2 - Her Brother's
Info Line 3 - NOT APPLICABLE

She did signed and dated under all three sections.
----------------------------------------------------------------

Could you help us figure out which part of her form is incompleted.

Since the email we received is a response to her inquery email, so far she haven't
got any postal mail from Consulate yet. We like to know whether Consulate should send
her a postal mail to ask for documents, and whether she will get detail instruction
in the postal mail. If you have similar experience, please let us know.

Thank you in advance.

JL
