Dear experts,
I think it will be interesting to many, that's why let's clarify: it is clear that pass-mark of 67 pts came in force on 18.09, but what about the proposal of the Minister about the applications submited before January 2002?
When will it be applied?

It is a proposal only. Proposals cannot be applied - such can only be
considered by the branch of government that can make changes to IRPA
(Parliament) and if changes are made then they will be implemented.
