Canada with in 2 weeks. She is 3 months Pregnant!!!.... Can this factor cause any
problems to her at the time of landing? Her medical was done about 4 months ago. and
everything was noted OK.

Your wife's pregnancy will not cause any legal problems during her landing process.

You may not have a problem with immigrataion but there may be awaiting period for
health coverage for your wife. Best to check with your provincal health authority
about this. private insurance does not normal cover pre existing conditions.
