Do I need to put my funding approval (10000$CAN+2000$CAN) into application package at
the time when I send this application or I can do it later, for example show it on

You need to provide proof of funds with your application. In the case you don't have
at that time required amount in your bank account then you should provide the
explanation where the money will come from (sale of real estate property, etc) with
relevant evidence.
