Default Question

Dear Anyone Who Can Read This,

I applied to Buffalo in July 2001 ( Skilled Worker) and my Assessment
with interview required came in June 2002 and asking to wait for what
will be next.
Next was three days ago......! A Waiving Interview from NY consulate
which I can't believe until now............., I have never ever heard
in my life that it's possible to waive after request..Duhhhhhhhhhh!!!.

Anyhow brothers, medical and RCMP was done yesterday and patience is
all of what I can be with! God bless u Canada,

By the way, in NY letter, they asked me to pay the ROL + and do
medical as soon as i can and + RCMP + sign to allow them affix a visa
on my passport if they accepted me ( add to where they will send it )
+ show proof of my PR brother (Birth Certificate) + Money prove + 3
Passport size photos

I would really appreciate any expert or any brother for GOD SAKE to
comment on my case, I am an industrial engineer ( 26 Yrs) with a
Master degree from Canada and doing my PhD in the same field.

Regards,
Alex.

Once interview was required then it wasn't waived. But in your case the
initial assessment was done under old law and determination was made that
interview is required. Then your file was transferred to NY, and now it was
re-assessed under new law - this time (under different law) determination
was made that interview is not needed. Thousands of applicants are and will
be going through similar experience now.
