Default Quebec investor program

Hello,
I recently immigrated to Quebec as an investor with my dependants, and I have been living in Quebec for three weeks so far. I find Quebec to be an expensive place for living compared to my home country, and I also found some people here to be rude when they realize that I am not speaking French fluently. i miss my friend and family at my home country, so I want to go back there. My kids go to university in BC, so if I go back home, that means none of my family member will be living in Quebec. If I go back to my home country after only spending 3 weeks in Quebec, will the Quebec government revoke my kids' CSQ, forcing them to become non-PR? My kids want to be remain as permanent residents

thanks
