Default Qualifications required for skilled worker applicant

Hello,

I am in the process of applying for a skilled worker visa (noc 7215) and have a level 2 NVQ in Construction ( carpentry and joinery). This was a 2 year apprenticeship, does this make me eligible 20 points under the educational credentials?

Also, I have worked in this occupation for over 10 years, and have been self employed for 3. What satisfies as evidence of this work experience? Do I require letters from my previous employers? What about my period of self employment?

Any help greatly appreciated

For self employment, copies of accounts and a letter from your accountant should do.
