Question Qualifications and points

Please help if you have a difinitive answer!

Quoted from CIC Guide

"A one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 13 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study" = 15 points.

Therefore:

Does 14 years at school which included A levels = 15 points?

My son would like to know please.
Thanks for any help

Thanks for the prompt reply Jim.
So does that mean that leaving school at 16 gives the same amount of points as doing two years of A levels because this doesn't make sense.

When CHC receive applications do they check the points claimed or just verify that all forms are present before sending the AOR or is it just a receipt for a package please?

Thanks again

Leaving school at 16 doesn't give you anything as it is not a completed grade 12 secondary education.

A levels are just part of secondary education.
