I am a british citizen and I have a HND in graphic design In the Immigration form it
states that information of your qualification is required. I have information from
(The National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) for the United Kingdom)
about my qualification. My confusion is that: does my qualification need to be
validated by the Canadian educaton system or does this only apply to highly
responsible people like Engineers, accountant, & Doctors etc...

Any help would B great Thank you

The occupation in which you are applying would determine the need of an informal
assessment or accreditation as part of the immigration process. Based on the
information you provided, I do not expect that such a process would be required in
your case.
