Purolator shipped to wrong address?!

Purolator shipped to wrong address?!
Just got this message on my tracking for my FSW application:
Delivered to MILLER at SHIP DOCK of CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION at 47 - 49 DORCHESTER B1P6V6 via SYDNEY, NS depot
47 - 49 Dorchester?! Whats all that about?! It clearly stated on the envelope the correct courier address, whats going on?

Ah, apparently thats the Case Processing Centre. Guess it's all fine then. Sure got me worried for a bit though.

Actually FedEx was the same price, just Staples didn't ship via it (despite displaying a "FedEx Shipping Centre" logo on the door) and I was limited on time. But yeah I won't make the same mistake again for future document requests, FedEx priority all the way.
