Default Provincial Nominee Program Processing Time

Hello,
Does anyone know how long it takes, on average, for the processing of
Provincial Nominee Program landed immigrant aplications from NB, or
any other province? My application has been submitted by the province
to Buffalo on September 2003. I have since submitted my medical exam
and fees, and I have applied for my RCMP clearance. The clearance
(which takes 5 months to process!!!) was just submitted to Buffalo on
Feb 19th of this year. So now they have all the documents they have
requested, but I am still not sure how much longer it might take for
the final decision to be made. Does anyone have any idea? I would
love to know if anyone else had some good or bad experiences with the
Provincial Nominee Program.
Thank you!

Depends on the following factors:

1. Which countries you lived in for 6 or more months since you turned 18

2. Your nationality

3. Your past involvement in government or military.

I would say 18 months at the most.
