Proof of previously working in Canada?

Proof of previously working in Canada?
I am preparing my application to CIC London and there is a box which says "have you previously worked full time in Canada? If yes, provide evidence" - Can anybody tell me what kind of evidence is needed? I previously worked for 6 months in a café on a BUNAC exchange program but it was 6 years ago and I don't think I have my pay cheques any more, and I think all my banking was online so I don't have any bank statements but I closed my account when I left Canada in July 2004 so can no longer access my account online (even if I could remember the account details!). Does anyone have any ideas as to what I could possibly use as proof that I worked there?

Thanks but I wasn't there long enough to have to do one...
However on looking at the papers again I have just discovered that I don't need to fill this part in as I am going to Québec and have the CSQ instead ; turned my house upside down looking for things before I discovered that though !
