Default Proof of experience for SW PR (for experts)

Hey!

I have a question about proving your experience when applying for SW PR.
Here is my situation: I've graduated from a Canadian university last summer
(2002) and right away I got E08 work permit dated July 13, 2002 which
expires on July 12, 2003. I got it because a company that I work for gave me
an offer of employment stating that I'm offered a job immediately. However I
started to get paid in September 2002. From which point would I get 1 year
of experience (I suspect Sept).

Another question is what is the sufficient proof of 1 year of experience?

Thanks a lot,
DT
