Default pronicial nominee programme

Looking for a list of do' and donts when starting a pnp programme application - newfoundland

Which is the best to go for PNP or business immigrant entrepreneur route for entry into NFL?

We are due to exchange contracts on the purchase of a property next week and are very committed to the area (cornerbrook)

Thanks for any advice,

Chris

Best for whom? What program may be quite good for one applicant may be a complete mess for another. Nobody can answer your question without making full evaluation of your case.

With Skilled worker PNP you need to have guaranteed job offer - do you have one?

With Immigrant Entrepreneur category - you need to have CAD 450,000 net worth (including at least CAD 350,000 in liquid assets), you must have required business experience and invest at least CAD 200,000 in business in the Province. Can you meet those and other requirements?

There are other programs that may suit you less or more, depending from too many factors to list here. And of course each program has different requirements, as well as total processing times vary.

Please contact me directly for free evaluation.

If someone was a Canadian PR, but then removed from Canada, can s/he come back later or get back the PR status via PNP or skilled worker route?

Be very very hard, as you need permission of the minister.

Does it have anything to do with your question in this thread:

http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=424291

As PMM said - if you are removed from Canada then you need special Minister's permission to be admitted as you are inadmissible now. And of course you cannot just get back your lost status - you have to apply all over again.

Next time please start your own thread - never post new questions in unrelated, old threads.

PNP will be much quicker, so if your objective is to get PR quickly then thats the best route. As Andrew Miller says you will probably need a job offer so focus on finding a job first (if it was me that would have been higher priority than buying a house - buying a house is great but if you don't get some form of status tht allows you to live in Canada then you won't be able to live there)
