Default Processing timeline for Paris Embassy

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would know the timeline once medicals are done and results submitted to the embassy in Paris? My fiancé is a Moroccan resident and we applied for a fiancé visa when that category still existed.

Our timeline is as follows:

Application submitted along w/ ROLF: October 2001
File rec'd. by embassy in Paris: Feb. 2001
Fiancé's interview in Morocco: Sept. 12, 2002 (2 wks. later rec'd. notification of refusal)
Notice of appeal filed: December 3, 2002 (reason for delay was that my copy of the refusal letter was sent to my previous address and returned to the embassy, even though I had notified my local immigration office by telephone that I had moved in March of 2002. That info. was entered into the e-client data base by agent as we spoke on the phone )
ADR hearing: June 12, 2003 (appeal allowed)
Medicals completed: Sept. 13, 2003

Thanks for any info. you can provide.
