Default Processing time for spouse!

Dear Sir,

I have question regarding the processing time for the application of my spouse. I sponsor him (doc sent December 5, 2003 ) from Canada where i reside now.

He did his medical examination on February 18 2003 , he resides in Macedonia and his e-client status shows : Decision Made.

How long does it take to get the landed immigrant papers after the medicals has been done ?

Would they inform him with a letter ?

When they are ready to issue his visa they will write and ask for his
passport. It could be a few more months yet though.

Doesn't the e-client status suggest otherwise?

I am a citizen and I sponsered my wife in January 2002, and she still hasn't
received a kit for medical for Port of Spain. Here is the time line:

January 2002 - Applied to sponsor my wife
mid-February 2002 - received approval
March 7 2002 - Application arrived at Port of Spain
April 8 2002 - Port of Spain acknowledged receipt of application
December 2002 - Port of Spain request proof of relationship, and sponsors
financial records
January 8 2003 - requested info received at Port of Spain
April 2003 - still waiting

Earlier this week I saw some guys that applied to Islamabad and one guy from
application to medical completion was 2 weeks, another guy was 1 month at
the same embassy and that was for his fiancee. I have been waiting for over
13 months have not even received the medical kit.

No, it does not, unfortunately. The trouble with eClient is that the
remarks are inscrutable. What was the decision that was made? There are
many in the process!
