Processing Method
HI ALL,
Does CIC follow a fixed method of issuing visa to immigrants like eg 'First In First Out' or they give visas to applicants whose professions are in demand in Canada? Was just curious, as there are views that no two immigration cases are same. Please throw some light on this.

Yes.....no 2 immigrations cases are the same, that is why most of us would have loved to be a fly on the wall or a cup of Tim Hortons in hand, when the applications are being looked at, and processed........LOL
