Default Is processing fee refunded?

Is processing fee refunded if PR application is rejected by local Canadian consulate if the application is not eligible for proccessing.

I am speaking of refund of processing fees after receiving the 120 day letter at the "second" stage of the application.

How many countries have you put applications into? (just out of interest having answered the same question in the Aus forum )

planning to move out here (NZ) - somewhere with better job opportunities.

Considering both Oz as well as Canada - whichever visa is processed faster.

Thanks for you reply, anyways

Why would you apply for three completely different countries?!?

Anyway, in answer to your question, no the processing fees wouldn't be refunded at that point. It's only refunded if you withdraw your application or it's rejected at the first stage.
