Problem with 2/5 for PR, Urgent!!
A bit thick of me but I was under the impression the PR card expires on the same day as your PR status.
Wife reminded me that we landed in Feb 2010 and the card expires in June 2015, I had been calculating that I had till May/June 2013 to make the final move as the GP/FP in Alberta........ well that is not the case I have 3 weeks to make a move.
Came back to UK to complete my GP training after landing and going back now I have a Job, so unlikely immigration are going to allow me to enter again on calculating that I will not be able to fulfill 2/5 for PR.
Question:
1. Get a ticket for myself and start the job again, ask the wife and kids to come on British Passports, give up their PR status and apply from Canada.
2. Just give up, go through LMO to get TWP. Once this happens to possibly go route of CEC for residency.
Thanks

It is possible get the status restored, you probably won't have to begin from scratch again. Also you have to consider the discretion of the Immigration Officer, you might be able to play dumb upon entering Canada and not lose your status.
