Post Priorities

Hello,

I am considering migrating to Canada as a stateless person. However, the skilled independent point system is very tough. However, there are rumors that Palestinians are given a proiroty over other applicants from the thirld world countires. I'm not sure of this but this encourges me to take the first step and apply even if I'll score below the passmark by few points.
The problem is if it is not true, then I will lose my money and time waiting for nothing.

Your advice would be appreicated.

Not true. You must meet or exceed all criteria regardless where you are from.
