Two weeks ago we came to know that my wife is pregnant, we are planning to land in Sep/Oct 2007, does it affect anything?? and should be inform this to cic??

Also after landing we will come back to usa and want to have baby born in usa (Not for usa passport but our all family members are in usa to support us),

Any suggestion is really appreciated,

Have baby in Canada to avoid all the hassle with sponsorship. No matter what you claimed US passport is not worth it. By the time baby will be few years into primary schooling there will be some sort of integrated union between Canada, US and Mexico anyway with free people and goods movement.
