We applied through skilled worker route, our timeline was

Applied - 20 December 2005
AOR - 6 January 2006
90 Day letter - 25 January 2008
Returned updated info - 16 April 2008
Medical and passport request - 25 May 2008
Medicals - 13 June 2008
Passports sent in 12 July 2008
Further medicals requested - mid/late July 2008
Extra reports submitted - 11 September 2008
PR received - TODAY!!!!!!!
